Schultz Building Group is a family-owned and operated business with over 40 years experience, we specialize in all forms of construction work within Education, Department of Health and Human Services, Municipal Councils, and much more.

We have over 20 full time employees with an average of over 15 years employment within the company. Our projects are set up and run by our full time staff from beginning to end, ensuring all projects run smoothly and safely to completion, we are also registered on the Government Construction Supply Register giving clients confidence.

SBG has an OH&S system in place overseen by Consultants Fisher Jenkins whom we have been partnered with for the past 15 years. This has been an integral part of the company due to the strict reporting requirements required by various government departments over the years more on this can be found under QUALITY & SAFETY. Our Safety record on job sites is unsurpassed with no major injuries or incidents recorded.

With our administration structure, our operations are managed by project managers, estimating personnel and office management.

Priding ourselves on our high standard of professionalism, we work directly with the Client and or Architect to achieve the expected outcome on each and every project.

People

1. Director

   Jeff Schultz has 20-plus years in the building industry and is a qualified Carpenter, during this time he has successfully completed projects for clients across multiple industries. His work experience comprises medium scale commercial, industrial & residential projects across Victoria. Jeff's focus is ensuring that site support and management is adapted so that project expectations are always met. 

2. Manager

   Chris Evans has over 30 years’ experience overseeing the construction of medium to large scale commercial and residential projects. Chris provides advice on all projects as well as project managing many. Chris is also a qualified Carpenter and a registered Victorian Domestic Builder which is an advantage in his role.

3. Project Manager

   John Sposito has more than 30 years’ experience in the building industry spanning across residential, commercial and industrial building projects. John takes a hands-on approach to all aspects of a project which ensures that construction projects expectations and quality standards. John is also a qualified carpenter.

4. Site Forepersons

   SBG has numerous site forepersons which have many years experience and employment within SBG. all these employees works directly under all of the above admin personal.
